A Denver judge will tell Gubernatorial Candidate Tom Tancredo Tuesday morning whether or not he is still on the November ballot.
The former GOP congressman appeared in court Monday to respond to a lawsuit filed by two Front Range Republicans who claim Tancredo violated state law when he got the American Constitution Party’s nomination because he was not registered with the them for at least 12 months.
Tancredo’s campaign tells NewsChannel 5 that the plantiffs’ arguments were extremely weak, and they think that the judge will rule in Tancredo’s favor.
The hearing lasted until late in the afternoon and will continue Tuesday morning. We will continue to bring you the latest details on this story as they become available.
