  Authorities say 22 year old Edward Portillo and 51 year old Roman Portillo-Perez were arrested yesterday morning.  Members of the Western Colorado Drug Task Force found drug paraphernalia, cocaine and marijuana inside their Orchard Mesa home.
    Authorities say although the amounts are not considered large, the fact that the men had the drugs and were distributing them so close to Orchard Mesa Middle School was alarming. Both men are facing dangerous drug charges.  Edward Portillo is being held on a $50,000 bond.  Roman Portillo Perez is being held on a $30,000 bond.
